Fly Bug Zapper
Have you ever seen a hand held bug zapper?
My daughter and I was shopping one day and saw this thing that looked like a tennis racket. It was blue on the outside, white on the inside with a black handle. It is battery operated and they are included with it. The batteries do last a long time. My daughter and I uses our bug zapper a lot around here. It will get mosquitos, millers, flies, etc.
My daughter (23 years old) did shock herself with mine, but the only way you can get shocked with it is by sticking your finger in between the little white rods and hit the wire behide them. That is what she did just to see what it felt like. Needless to say, she found out real quick, but that wasn't good enough, she had to do it a second time.
They were bought in a store near us called Linens & Things. They do not have a light in them at all except for a tiny red light to let you know if the battery is working or not.The only time that red light is on is when you are pushing 2 buttons, one on each side of the handle.
Yes, it's one of my hubby's favorite toys. He'll sit on the front porch as he reads the newspaper with the zapper at his side. Whenever I hear him yell "YES", I know he just zapped something!
