what to feed newley hatched praying mantis?

i just bought a ootheca and i just hatched what do i feed the babys i no fruit flys but will they be able to catch them with them having wings and all should i get winged wingless o shall i just use ants out of the back garden if it helps there european mantis

Get some wingless fruit flies or even pin heads. Never feed "wild caught" bugs from your garden. Too much of a chance that they have been exposed to pesticide.
